摘要
针对当前六氟磷酸锂(LiPF_6)制备主流工艺HF溶剂法存在的介质腐蚀性强、安全性差、投资大、产品中游离酸超过50×10^(-6)的现状,研究出以氟化锂、五氟化磷为原料,选用乙腈作为溶剂,制备六氟磷酸锂的新方法,该工艺具有工况温和、对装备要求低、投资少、产品中游离酸<10×10^(-6),具有较高的产业化推广条件。
In view of the current lithium hexafluorophosphate ( LiPF6 ) system by mainstream technology of HF solvent corrosion medium strong, poor safety,large investment, present status of free acid more than 50 ×10^-6, preparation new method of lithium hexafluorophosphate is studied using lithium fluoride and phosphorus pentafluoride as raw material, selecting ethylene sunny as solvent. The process has mild condition,the equipment requirements low,less investment, free acid in product less than 10 × 10^-6,with higher industrialization to promote conditions.
