摘要
白烟尘是铜冶炼生产过程中产生的固体副产物,其中含有Cu、Zn、Pb、Au、Ag、Bi等有价元素,是潜在的资源。综述了铜冶炼过程白烟尘主要成分的赋存状态,讨论了焙烧脱砷、浸出脱砷技术的研究现状,对比了不同技术方法的优缺点。总体上看,浸出脱砷有工作环境好、适用范围广、能耗较低和技术手段丰富等优点,具有较好的工业化应用前景,有望实现白烟尘中有价元素的综合利用。
White smoke dust is the solid by - product, generated in the process of copper smelting production, containing Cu, Zn, Pb, Au, Ag, Bi and other valuable elements, which is potential resource. The existing state of the major components of white smoke dust during eopper smelting process is reviewed, the research status of roasting arsenic removal technology and leaching arsenic removal technology are discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different technical methods are compared. Overall, leaching arsenic removal has the advantage of good working environment, wide application, low power consumption and rich technical means, etc, which has good prospects for industrialization and can be expected to achieve the comprehensive recovery and utilization of valuable elements existed in white smoke dust.
