摘要 考查了自制腰果酚改性胺类水下用环氧树脂固化剂与QS-1622T型空气中用固化剂不同比例复配,QS-030N型增韧剂和QS-P24F型增韧剂复配,并调配助剂及填料比例,考查各配方在桥梁加固中空气中及水下固化力学性能。结果表明,QS-030N型增韧剂增多,潮湿表面粘接水下固化抗剪强度减小;自制固化剂与QS-1622T固化剂复配,水下抗剪性能增强;自制腰果酚改性胺类固化剂适用于对抗剪强度要求较高的桥梁加固环境,且其与1622T复配后可发挥更高拉伸强度和水下抗剪强度。 Through compounding the curing agents (homemade cardanol modified amine curing agent for underwater curing and QS-1622T curing agent for curing in the air), compounding the toughening agents (QS-030N and QS-P24F), and adjusting the weight ratio of additives and filler, the mechanical properties of various formulations cured in the air or in underwater condition were investigated, The results showed that as increasing the QS-030N amount, the shearing strength decreased for underwater curing. Compounding the homemade cardanol modified amine curing agent and QS-1622T curing agent increased the shearing strength for underwater curing. The homemade cardanol modified amine curing agent was suitable for requirement of higher shear strength. And compounding the homemade cardanol modified amine curing agent and QS-1622T curing agent can increased the tensile strength and the shearing strength for underwater during.
