摘要
目的分析、总结子宫内膜各病变类型的声像图特征,为超声诊断各型子宫内膜疾病提供依据。方法对经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查并经病理证实的269例子宫内膜病变患者的超声声像图进行分析,并与病理结果进行对照。结果 269例子宫内膜疾病患者中,子宫内膜单纯性增生171例、子宫内膜息肉58例、子宫黏膜下肌瘤4例、子宫内膜癌6例、子宫内膜炎3例;超声声像图表现以内膜不同程度增厚为基础,伴内膜回声大部或局部增强、大小不同囊性结构、有无或多少不一的条形及点状血流信号的不同,为不同类型子宫内膜疾病的特征性诊断及鉴别要点。结论经阴道超声检查子宫内膜图像清晰,特征性内膜声像有利于子宫内膜疾病的诊断。
Objective To analyze and summarize the ultrasonographic features of various types of endometrial lesions, so as to provide the basis for ultrasonographic diagnosis of various endometrial diseases. Methods The ultrasonic im- ages of 269 patients with endometrial lesions who were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and were pathologically confirmed were analyzed, and were compared with the pathological results. Results Among the 269 cases of endometrial diseases, there were 171 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 58 cases of endometrial polyps, 4 cases of u- terine submucous myoma, 6 cases of endometrial carcinoma, and 3 cases of endometritis. Ultrasonographic manifesta- tions were based on the different degrees of thickening of endometrial membrane, accompanied by large or local en- hancement of the endometrial echo, different sizes of cystic structures, with or without stripes and punctate blood flow signals or with different amounts of them. The above findings＇ were characteristic diagnosis and identification points for different types of endometrial diseases. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound examination of endometrial images is clear, and characteristic endometrial ultrasonography is helpful for the diagnosis of endometrial diseases.
