摘要
随着社会的发展和进步、改革开放的深入和社会结构的转型,我国未成年人犯罪问题日益突出,未成年人犯罪率逐年提高,成为严重的社会问题,未成年人犯罪现象应引起社会足够的重视。文章从中国现行法律中对未成年人的有关规定及其社会实践中存在的问题入手进行分析探讨,以期找到预防未成年人犯罪的对策。
