摘要
随着教育大众化和经济全球化的发展,高等教育国际化已成为新的发展形势,教育国际化也是建设世界一流大学的必由之路,国际化发展指标成为学校国际化评估及大学排名的重要组成部分。大学生作为高等教育的主体,其出国留学情况亦成为衡量高校国际化发展的重要指标。文章研究发现,大学生出国留学行为是基于自身需求,是增加自身人力资本和社会资本的重要途径,受学习、就业、家庭和社会等各种因素影响。
With the development of education popularization and economic globalization, the internationalization of higher education has become the new development trend.The internationalization of education is the road which must be taken to build a world-class university, and development indicators of internationalization has become an important part of university internationalization assessment and ranking.College students are the main body of higher education and their situation of study abroad has become an important indicator of the development of internationalization of colleges and universities.This paper founds that students choose to study abroad according to their own needs;through rational choice, studying abroad became an important way to increase their value of human capital and social capital, which is affected by learning, employment, family and social factors.
