摘要
本研究建立了HPLC测定强骨舒金颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。色谱柱:十八烷基键合硅胶(4.6mm 250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(v/v=19∶81);流速:1.0m L/min;柱温:40℃;检测波长:283nm。柚皮苷的线性范围为0.096 g^0.384 g(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为100.12%(n=5,RSD=1.73%)。通过本研究建立的HPLC测定强骨舒金颗粒中柚皮苷的方法简单、准确、可靠。
To develop an HPLC method for determining naringin in Qianggushujin granule. Diamonsil Cl8 column （250mm×4.6mm, 51am） was used as the stationary phase, the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （v/v= 19 ： 81） was served as mobile phase, and its flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The wavelength for detection was 283nm. The linearity range was 0.096lag -0.3841ag（r=0.9992）.The average recovery was 100.12%（n=5, RSD=1.73%）. The method is simple, accuracy and reliable.
