摘要
中国高等工程教育实现跨越发展,规模位居世界第一,但工程教育质量却呈现下滑趋势,缺乏科学高效的评价制度是主要原因之一。现行质量评价制度在评价主体、标准、方法、结果等方面存在诸多问题。国外专业认证制度在理念、标准等方面有诸多可资借鉴的成功经验。建构我国高等工程质量评价制度,应借鉴国际工程教育质量评价新理念、新标准,丰富中国特色的"五个度"质量评价标准,构建"四位一体"的质量评价共同体,设计科学合理的质量评价方法,健全评价结果反馈和运用机制。
The higher engineering education of China had achieved leaping development and the scale ranks first in the world,but the quality of engineering education has shown a downward trend because one of the main reasons is lack of scientific and effective evaluation system.Many problems exist in quality evaluation system in terms of evaluation subject,evaluation criteria,evaluation methods,and evaluation results.The foreign professional certification system has many successful experience for reference,such as evaluation concept and evaluation standards.When we construct the higher engineering quality evaluation system,we should learn new ideas and new standards from international engineering education quality evaluation,enrich"five degrees"quality evaluation standard of Chinese characteristics,construct "Four-in-one"quality evaluation of the community,design scientific and reasonable quality evaluation method,and improve the mechanism of evaluation result feedback and application.
