摘要
《黄帝内经》中有"年长则求之于腑"的观点,意思是年长者应重视脾胃。据此提出从脾胃论治老年性痴呆,认为其病因病机为脾虚精血不充、气血生化乏源、痰浊瘀血内生,应以治病求本、上病下治为治则,补脾健胃、化痰开窍为治法,并拟固本健脑方进行治疗。
It is said in Yellow Emperor＇ s Inner Canon（ 黄帝内经） that ＂treating fu-viscera（ 腑） for seniors＂,which means that spleen-stomach should be emphasized for seniors. Based on this,the authors put forward that treating senile dementia from spleen-stomach. The authors hold that the cause and pathogenesis is spleen deficiency,insufficiency of essence and blood,lack of the source of producing and transforming Qi-blood and endogenous phlegmturbidity. The principle of treatment should be treatment aiming at its root causes and treating disease in the upper part by managing the lower part. Therapies are invigorating spleen-stomach,as well as dissipating phlegm for resuscitation. The authors prescribe Guben Jiannao Decoction（ 固本健脑方） for treatment.
