摘要
政务微博是当今时代社会记忆的重要组成,具有档案化的必要性和可行性。由于政府部门、档案馆和第三方平台三者间存在着共同的管理职责、互助关系并涉及所有权问题,因此政务微博档案化工作可以在促成三方合作的基础上,遵循"一方主导、多方配合"的原则形成3种分别由不同主体主导的档案化模式。
Nowadays, governmental micro-blog has become an important component of social memory. There are both necessity and feasibility of archiving it. Government, archives and micro-blog operator deal with common management responsibility, mutual relationship, as well as the ownership issue during the ar- chiving process. Therefore, there could be three models of archiving the government micro-blog dominated by different subjects, based on the cooperation of the three with the principle of ＂one leads, others coop- erate＂.
