Key technology of green building in the Shanghai Tower structural design

摘要 上海中心大厦建筑高度632 m,是中国具有代表性的超高层建筑设计典范。上海中心大厦在设计阶段,引入绿色建筑结构设计的基本理念,在建造、运营过程中可节约土地、节约材料、减少能耗和减少排放等,以绿色建筑评价标准和指标为基础,从复杂环境下大直径深基坑及地基基础设计技术、基于空气动力造型的抗风设计技术、磁涡流TMD阻尼器系统设计技术等方面,介绍了绿色建筑思想在本项目结构设计中的体现。通过相关技术的综合使用,解决了技术难题,产生了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。上海中心大厦项目的顺利建造充分体现了"适用、经济、绿色、美观"的建筑方针,相应的绿色技术成果可为其他超高层建筑的设计提供参考。 The Shanghai Tower, which has an architectural height of 632 m, is the most representative tall building design model in China. The super high-rise buildings in the process of construction and operation involves land saving, material saving, energy saving, emission reduction and other aspects of issues. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the green building design concept to reduce unnecessary energy consumption in the construction process. Based on the green building evaluation standard and index, focusing on the aspects of design technology of large diameter deep foundation pit and foundation in complex environment, aerodynamic based wind resistant design technology, design technology of magnetic eddy current TMD etc., this paper introduces the idea of green building in the Shanghai Tower project. Through the comprehensive use of related technologies, many technical problems have been solved, resulting in enormous social and economic benefits. The successful construction of the Shanghai Tower project fully embodies the 'applicable, economic, green, artistic' developmental ideology. The related technical achievements have important reference values for other high-rise building green design.
