摘要
运用SolidWorks三维设计软件对机械原理课程中铰链四杆机构-搅拌机的设计及运动分析进行了改革与实践。传统的Excel设计方法费时费力,稍有不慎容易出错,而且学生缺乏铰链四杆机构三维实体的想象。利用SolidWorks软件对铰链四杆机构-搅拌机进行参数化设计,通过杆件的三维建模、装配、运动仿真及motion分析,输出位移、速度、加速度图像,调动了学生的积极性,通过三维零件的装配形象地对零件进行修改以达到正确的配合,提高了教学质量。因此,在设计过程中引入SolidWorks可以更为有效地对搅拌机进行设计。
This paper mainly addresses the reform and practice of the course of Mechanism Design based on SolidWorks software. Traditionally, Excel is used to design and analyze the four-bar mechanism. However, this way is time-consuming and error-prone. Applying SolidWorks on the design and motion analysis of four bar mechanism can solve the existing shortcomings. Displacement, velocity and acceleration curves are plotted by Excel and SolidWorks. Dynamic simulation using SolidWorks in the classroom brought students real visual effects, can attract their interests and improve the teaching quality.
