摘要
为研究钢纤维掺量对铁尾矿混凝土的影响,研究单掺钢纤维和复合掺加钢纤维与硅粉2种不同的工况中,不同取代率下铁尾矿混凝土的流动性能与抗压性能。试验结果表明:混凝土的流动性能随着钢纤维掺量的增加而大幅度降低;复掺工况能够使抗压强度随着钢纤维掺量的增加而持续增加,硅粉的掺入能够提高中早期的抗压强度值,使其性能得到改善;2种工况对28 d棱柱体与立方体抗压强度的比值α1的影响大致相同,其取值范围大致为0.80~0.85。
In order to research the influence of steel fiber volume fraction on iron tailing concrete, two different working condi- tions, which one is added single steel fiber and the other is mixed with steel fiber and silica fume, were set up to mainly study the flow- ing characteristics and compressive properties of iron railings concrete. The test results show that the performance of concrete was great- ly decreased with the increase of steel fiber content. Under the compound mixture condition, it made the compressive strength increase continuously with the amount of steel fiber content, and silica fume incorporation could improve the early compressive strength of con- crete , whose performance also reaches to ameliorate. In addition, the ratio of the prism strength to the cube is roughly the same, and the value range is from 0.80 to 0. 85.
