摘要
目的建立颈痛颗粒中阿魏酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(30:70,v/v)为流动相,检测波长为321 nm。结果阿魏酸的含量在9.88~29.64μg/m L范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率96.80%。结论该方法简单、准确,可用于颈痛颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in JingTong Granules by HPLC. Methods HPLC was carded out on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with methanol and 0.5 % acetic acid (30:70, v/v) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 321 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 9.88-29.64μg/mL for ferulic acid. The correlation coefficient (R) was 0.9997. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 96.80 %. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of JingTong Granules.
