摘要
目的建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定碳酸钙D3咀嚼片(Ⅱ)中钙的含量。方法采用钙空心阴极灯,检测波长:422.7 nm,狭缝宽:0.7 nm,灯电流:10 m A,火焰类型:Air-C_2H_2,燃气流量:2.0 L/min,助燃气流量:15.0 L/min。结果钙元素浓度在3.35~6.70μg/m L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),高、中、低3种浓度钙的平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.65%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、专属性强,结果准确,可用于碳酸钙D3咀嚼片(Ⅱ)的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of calcium in Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Chewable Tablets ( II ) by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods A calcium hollow-cathode lamp was used. The detection wavelength was 422.7 nm. The slit-width was 0.7 nm. The electric current of the light was 10 mA. The type of flame was air-C2H2. The flow rate of burning gas was 2.0 L/min and the flow rate of auxiliary gas was 15.0 L/min. Results The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3.35-6.70 μg/mL (t=0.9999, n=6). The average recovery was 100.9 % for the three different contents (high, medium and low) of calcium, and RSD was 0.65 % (n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, special and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Chewable Tablets (II).
