摘要
齿轮剥落故障是常见的齿轮故障形式。为了对齿轮剥落故障特征进行分析,提出了一种利用局部均值分解(LMD)结合包络谱分析的频谱分析方法。为了进行对比,使用该方法分别对正常齿轮和剥落故障齿轮的振动信号进行了分析。分析结果表明,正常齿轮振动信号各乘积函数(PF)分量的幅值谱和包络谱主要包含齿轮的啮合频率及其倍频、大齿轮转频及其倍频成分。剥落故障齿轮振动信号各PF分量的幅值谱和包络谱除了包含上述正常齿轮振动信号的特征谱线外,还包含大齿轮转频的倍频对齿轮啮合频率及倍频的调制频率成分。
Gear spalling fault is a common gear failure form. In order to analyze the gear spalling fault characteristics, a spectrum analysis method utilizing Local Mean Decomposition(LMD) and envelope spectrum analysis was put forward. For comparison, the proposed method was used to analyze the vibration signals of a normal gear and a gear with spalling fault, respectively. The analysis results showed that the amplitude spectrum and envelope spectrum of each PF component of the normal gear vibration signal mainly contained gear meshing frequency and its harmonic components, the rotating frequency of the big gear and its multiple frequency components. In addition to containing the above characteristic spectrum of the normal gear vibration signal, the amplitude spectrum and envelope spectrum of each PF component of the gear spalling fault vibration signal also involved the modulation frequency components of the harmonics of the big gear rotating frequency to the gear meshing frequency and its multiple frequency components.
