Simulation and Analysis of Inspiratory Resistance of Fighter On-board Oxygen Generation System

摘要 本文研究了战斗机机载制氧系统,利用Flowmaster软件建立系统仿真模型,分析正常供氧条件下机载制氧系统的吸气阻力。结合系统工作压力、流量及高度要求,对比某型战斗机机载制氧系统试验数据,验证了模型建立的正确性。在此条件下,定量分析肺通气量、高度和引气压力对机载制氧系统吸气阻力的影响。结果表明,该方法建立的机载制氧系统模型可用于吸气阻力分析,并为系统评价、优化设计及故障处理提供参考依据。 Fighter On-Board Oxygen Generation System (OBOGS) was discussed, and the inspiratory resistance of OBOGS was analyzed under normal oxygen supply with simulation model established by Flowmaster software. Combined with the working pressure, flow, and altitude requirement, compared with the test date, the validity of the simulation of fighter OBOGS was proved. On this condition, the effects of pulmonary ventilation volume of pilot, altitude, and system induced gas pressure on inspiratory resistance were analyzed. The results show that the model established by this method can be used for the analysis of inspiratory resistance, and provides a reference for evaluation the system performance, optimizing design and fault treatment.
