煤层气井光杆密封材料研究

摘要 文中通过分析煤层气井井口盘根盒喷水原因,总体概括为偏磨、光杆受损的问题、密封材料的问题和排水管道的问题,抓住水从光杆和密封材料间隙喷出的源头,重点分析了传统橡胶制品(盘根)对排采水的密封原理和存在的问题,对盘根盒密封材料作出改进,从物性材质方面对比橡胶制品和棉纺织品,认为棉纺织品对水的密封性能远远超过橡胶制品;从力学性质方面,对普通盘根、锥型盘根和棉纺织品在盘根盒中的受力情况分析对比,棉纺织品所受的摩擦力、径向压力、膨胀力均有利于排采水的密封,而且其柔软性也使得它不受形态影响,不受盘根盒规格限制,填料空间足量充填,再结合现场应用到煤层气井上,密封时间成倍增长,密封效果得到明显改善。从成本方面分析单井用量,棉纺织品大大降低了排采经费,综合分析认为棉纺织品为最佳光杆密封材料。 This article through the analysis of coalbed methane well wellhead hydraulic reason of stuffing box,the overall summarized as eccentric wear,and the problems of polished rod is damaged,the problem of sealing material,and the problem of drainage pipeline,seize the water from the source of the polished rod and sealing material clearance,analyzed the traditional rubber products( stuffing)of high rank water sealing principle and the existing problems and make improvement on packing box sealing materials,from the aspects of material physical properties compared with rubber and cotton textiles,think cotton textiles for water sealing performance than rubber products; Terms of the mechanical properties of the ordinary packing,cone type packing in the packing box and cotton textiles force analysis contrast, cotton textiles, radial pressure, expansion of friction force are conducive to high rank water seal,and also makes it its softness is not affected by form,without being limited by the specification of stuffing box,the packing space enough filling,combined with field application to CBM inoue,sealing time exponentially,dramatically improve the sealing effect. From the aspects of cost analysis of single well dosage,cotton textiles greatly reduces the row of collected funds,comprehensive analysis think cotton textiles for best polished rod sealing material.
