摘要 IPv6技术是下一代互联网技术的核心,从IPv4到IPv6的演进存在一个过渡阶段,过渡阶段IPv4、IPv6技术是共存的。为了解决国家电网公司IPv4地址短缺问题,推进电网业务从IPv4向IPv6的平滑演进,国家电网公司组织了下一代互联网技术在智能电网应用关键技术研究与示范工程的建设,电网统一视频监控作为示范之一成功建成投运。文章对电网统一视频监控示范工程总体技术方案进行了详细描述,包括电网统一视频监控平台改造、试点网络改造、支持IPv6的视频处理单元研制、实验床设计与建设以及IPv6地址的分配和使用,整体实现了电网统一视频监控平台对IPv4、IPv6网络摄像机的兼容接入,实现在IPv4和IPv6网络共存环境下进行视频的调控、分享和用户访问。为IPv6网络视频监控的全面应用储备技术、积累经验,对于电网视频监控业务从IPv4向IPv6的平稳过渡也具有重要意义。 IPv6 technology is the core of the NGI.There is a stage of evolution from IPv4 to IPv6 when IPv4/IPv6 technology coexists.In order to solve the problem of IPv4 address shortage of SGCC,and promote the smooth evolution of grid services from IPv4 to IPv6,SGCC launched the project including the research of key technologies and demonstration projects of the application of NGI technology in smart grid,State Grid unified video platform(SG-UVP) as one of the demonstration projects have been completed successfully and applied into application.In this paper,the general technology scheme of SG-UVP demonstration project is described in detail,including the transformation of SG-UVP,the transformation of the network,the invention of IPv6 video processing unit,the design and construction of experiment bed,as well as the assignment and use method of IPv6 address.The project realized the IPv4 and IPv6 network camera’s compatible access to SG-UVP and the video controlling,sharing and user accessing in IPv4 and IPv6 coexisting network.
