摘要
针对泵阀联合EHA泵源压力变化引起压力脉动的问题,在分析普通蓄能器吸收压力脉动效果基础上,提出由比例控制阀和普通蓄能器组成自适应蓄能器,通过改变比例阀的开口度来改变蓄能器进口管路的流通面积,从而达到改变蓄能器固有频率的目的并设计了控制器。仿真结果表明,在泵源压力变化时自适应蓄能器较普通蓄能器对压力脉动有更好的吸收效果。
Aiming at the problem of pressure pulsation in pump and valve combined EHA owing to pump source pressure change, the effect of the accumulator absorbing pressure pulsation was analyzed, the seff-adaption accumulator consisted of proportional control valve and ordinance accumulator was proposed. Through changing the opening degree of proportional valve, the circulation area of the accumulator inlet pipe was changed, namely the natural frequency of the accumulator was changed. The controller was designed. The simulation results show that the effect that the seff-adaption accumulator absorbs pressure pulsation is better than ordinary accumulator when pump source pressure changes.
