摘要
以碳酸二乙酯为溶剂,顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,高压汞灯照射下进行[2+2]环加成反应,在合成目标产物后,收集反应溶液,进行母液回收工艺研究。溶剂和原料的回收条件分别为72℃,-0.097MPa和41℃,-0.083MPa。合成溶剂碳酸二乙酯和洗涤溶剂无水乙醇的回收率可达96%以上,原料顺丁烯二酸酐回收率为84%。并分析了原料回收率低于溶剂回收率的原因。
With diethyl carbonate solvent, maleic anhydride as raw material, under the high pressure mercury lamp irradiation [2+2] cycloaddition, on the basis of the synthesis of target products, mother liquor recycling technology was studied.Raw material and solvent recovery conditions were 72℃,-0.097 MPa and 41℃,-0.083 MPa.Synthetic solvents diethyl carbonate and washed with ethanol solvent recovery up to 96%, raw maleic anhydride recovery was84%.It analyzes the reasons for the recovery of raw materials is lower than the solvent recovery.
