摘要
以安定0.3mg/kg体重十硫喷妥钠5mg/kg体重用于马,骡的麻醉(A组),其麻醉持续时间可达20—90分钟。以安定0.3mg/kg体重十硫喷买钠8mg/kg体重用于牛的麻醉(C组),其麻醉持续时间可达40—60分钟。仅以硫喷妥钠15mg/kg体重用于牛的麻醉,麻醉持续时间仅为6—8分钟。综合判定其麻醉效果,A、C组属“优”级的分别占各自供试动物总数的83.3%、66.7%,B组有75%的供试动物属“失败”级。在维持麻醉期间施行外科手,效果较佳。
This study was to examine the cooperant anesthetic effects of diazepam and thiopental sodium on equine and cattle. When using diazepam intramuscularly at 0.3 mg/kg of body weight and thiopental sodium intravenously at 5 mg/kg of body weight, the equine could be anesthetized for 20-90 minutes. The cattle were anesthetized for 40-60 minutes after using diazepam intramuscularly at 0.3 mg/kg and thiopental sodium intravenously at 5-8 mg/kg. During anesthetic period, surgical procedure could be done satisfactorily.
