摘要
目的对洛阳市一起输入性登革热疫情开展流行病学调查,为处置疫情提供科学依据。方法按照国家登革热控制指南及现场流行病学方法采取流行病学调查、实验室诊断、媒介控制等措施。结果病例实验室确诊为登革热,经隔离治疗痊愈;病例发病前有泰国旅行史;居住地媒介监测发现白纹伊蚊,密度6.67%,布雷图指数20,经消杀及持续监测,布雷图指数由20降为0;密切接触者随访,无二代病例发生。结论这是一起输入性登革热疫情,处置及时、规范,疫情得到有效控制。
Objective To occur in Luoyang with imported dengue fever outbreak carry out epidemiological investigations treatment, control the outbreak, provide scientific basis for the disposal of such epidemic in the future. Methods To take epidemiological in- vestigation, laboratory diagnosis, vector control and other measures in accordance with national guidelines for dengue control and field epidemiology. Results Laboratory confirmed cases of dengue fever, the isolation cured ; patients before the onset of the histo- ry of thai travel; living in media monitoring, and discovery of Aedes albopictus, the density of 6. 67%, Bretean index 20, after disinfection and continuous monitoring, Breteau index from 20 to 0; close contact follow - up, no secondary cases oc- curred. Conclusion This is a imported dengue fever epidemic, timely disposal, specifications, the epidemic has been effectively controlled.
