摘要
"文化线路"作为遗产保护领域的前沿概念,代表了一种影响当前文化遗产演变和扩展的新思路,是当前国内外遗产研究的热点之一。文章通过对国际相关遗产法规、重大遗产事件的分析,将国际文化线路理念演进分为初步萌发、快速发展和成熟深化三个阶段,其关注对象从以旅游为目的的文化旅程发展为物质与非物质并重的独立遗产类型,保护方法也从笼统的原则标准发展到具体的操作步骤。中国有丰富的文化线路资源,但相关理念引入较晚。文化线路概念在中国化进程中存在滥用和混用等情况,同时也形成了具有本土特色的新概念。文物保护单位制度作为中国最有影响力的遗产保护体系,较早在事实上收录了与文化线路有关的要素,但主要以建筑和艺术价值明显的点状物质性建筑、遗址为主,相关理念直到近年才体现在文保单位中。文章对中国文化线路申报世界遗产的历程进行回顾,认为中国文化线路申遗肇始于国际力量推动下的丝绸之路研究,在中国机构和学者的推动下,文化线路逐步成为申遗的重要方向。
Cultural Routes, as a brand - new concept in the field of cultural heritage protection and conservation, is shaping current understandings of the evolution and extension of cultural heritage sites. This paper, by analyzing related international regulations and important heritage activities, divides the formation of the idea ofinternational cultural routesinto three stages, namely initial stage, rapid development stage and mature stage. Its object of study also extends from tourist destinations to the more comprehensive material and immaterial heritages, while methods of protection descend from high principles to concrete steps for specific operation. China is abundant in cultural route resources, but relatively late in introducing relevant ideas and theories for protection and conservation. When the concept of cultural route was first introduced to China, it suffered a number of abuses and misapplications, giving rise to new concepts peculiar to specific regions. The earlier system of Officially Protected Sites, the most important cultural heritage conservation system in China in early 1960, actually absorbed elements of the current concept of cultural routes, but the former is confined to those architectural and cultural sites with obvious artistic value. The idea of cultural routes is not incorporated into the Chinese system until recent years. Before ending, the paper also reviews the history of China＇ s applications of its cultural routes for World Heritage and concludes that the effort started and progressed with the comprehensive study of the Silk Roadby international scholarsand institutions, followed bydomestic scholarsand institutions, which has become the dominant force at the present.
