摘要
根据某高硫气田阀室设计参数得到最大气体泄漏量;同时利用获得的气象参数及周围地形的相关数据,采用基于CFD的事故模拟软件Fluidyn-PANACHE对复杂地形下的风场及含硫天然气的泄漏扩散过程进行数值模拟;分析风速、风向及高度对硫化氢扩散的影响;并得到不同风向下不同浓度的有毒气体可能的影响范围,将可能影响范围与应急预案相结合,更好地实现管道阀室突发事件的应急处置。
The numerical value of wind field in complex terrain and sulfurous gas diffusion process were simulated using the CFD accident simulation software Fluidyn-PANACHE,where the relevant data of the meteorological parameters and the surrounding terrain were used as input parameters,at the same time,the maximum gas leakage amount was also calculated according to the design parameters of a high-sulfur gas valve chamber.Effect of wind speed,direction and height on hydrogen sulfide diffusion were analyzed;also the influence ranges of different concentrations of toxic gas under different wind directions were obtained through analyzing the simulated leakage and diffusion process of the gathering and transportation pipeline valve chambers.These effect results help to improve the efficiency of pipeline valve chamber emergency treatments if the emergency plan is proposed based on the simulated concentration influence ranges.
