摘要
目的观察凉血散辅助治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将86例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加凉血散口服,治疗2周后统计2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.35%,对照组为79.07%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组32例治愈患儿瘀点、瘀斑平均消失时间为(6.23±1.10)d,对照组为(7.92±0.96)d,经统计学分析,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论凉血散辅助治疗小儿过敏性紫癜血热妄行证疗效确切,优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Liangxue San in adjunctive therapy of children with anaphylactoid purpura with bleeding due to blood-heat.Methods 86 cases of children with anaphylactoid purpura were randomized into therapy group and control group with 43 patients in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy while the therapy group was treated with oral Liangxue San based on the treatment of control group.Results The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 95.35% and79.07% respectively with significant differences（P 〈 0.05）;32 cases of children in the therapy group whose average time of petechia disappeared was（6.23±1.10） days,the control group was（7.92±0.96） days,there were significant differences（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Liangxue San can treat children with anaphylactoid purpura with bleeding due to blood-heat effectively,which is superior to the Western medicine therapy separately.
