摘要
根据国家"十三五"规划纲要,居家养老和社区养老是未来中国养老体系的发展重点,以营造老年友好社区为题,基于近期对北京市典型街道(乡镇)、典型社区(村)各类社区养老服务设施的抽样走访调查,通过对现有设施的建设和使用状态进行分析,提出北京市社区养老服务设施的几个代表性问题,并就完善居家养老和社区服务体系提出建议。
According to the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of China,aging in family and aging in community will be the development priorities of pension system in the future.Based on the investigation into existing community facilities for the elderly in typical districts of Beijing,this article analyzes the construction and current condition of the facilities,identifies several typical problems,and puts forward suggestions to improve the system of aging in family and aging in community.
