摘要
对基于油页岩固体热载体干馏法构建的综合利用系统进行分析,采用黑箱模型法绘制系统各单元的分析简化模型,系统地给出应用于所构建的综合系统的值计算方法与计算公式,最后以图表的形式给出综合利用系统各装置的效率和损率的计算结果。结果表明:当油页岩预热到140℃时,干馏炉的损率高达49.19%,是综合利用系统损率最高位置;净化冷凝单元效率为93.92%,是综合利用系统效率最大的单元,各装置的损率与效率不具有相关性。
Exergy analysis method is applied to the oil shale comprehensive utilization system on solid heat carrier technology. Meanwhile, the exergy analysis Simplified model of each device is built by black box model method and the computing method and calculating formula of exergy value that applied to the comprehensive u- tilization system are detailedly explained. Finally, the result of energy efficiency and exergy loss rate of compre- hensive utilization system is expressed in the form of graph. The results show that when the oil shale is prehea- ted to 140 ~C ,the exergy loss rate of retorting reactor is as high as 49.19% and it becomes the highest energy loss rate position. The exergy efficiency of purifying condensing unit is 93.92% and it becomes the highest ex- ergy efficiency unit among the comprehensive utilization system. Exergy loss rate and exergy efficiency of each device has no correlation.
