摘要
采用德国Sedo-Treepoint全流程生产工艺管理系统研究了阳离子可染改性涤纶针织物的计算机配色,介绍了基础数据库建立时误差的修正方法及注意事项,并在企业配色中进行了应用。结果表明,由计算机测色并计算配色处方,在试样与标样色差△E不大于0.7的要求下,试样1版通过率接近30%,经过1次计算机修色后约80%的试样可以在两版内通过,其效率比传统人工配色提高一倍以上。
The computer color measuring and matching for cationic dyeable modified PET by Germany Sedo- Treepoint system is studied. It introduces the method of error reduction and points out attentions in the establish- ment of basic database, which is applied in enterprise color matching. The results show that, with the chromatic aberration AE stander is not larger than 0.7, the computer color measuring, matching in once passing rate is nearly 30%, two time passing rate is nearly 80%. The efficiency can improve 100% than traditional matching.
