摘要 本文对国标GB/T 30841—2014中涉及的"阻尼式限流器"、"电容器对短路电流的助增效应"、"涌流计算"、"防止主变压器空载时连投电容器发生串联谐振"和"防止放电线圈二次回路短路"等议题进行深入的诠释,为解读与实施国标提供辅助。 This aritcle provides further annotation in detail as concerns the topics,including damper current limiter,short-circuit current increasement effect by capacitors,surge current calculation,prevent serial resonance when switch on shunt capacitor banks continuously connected to the trans-former in no load,and prevent secondary coil short-circuit of the discharge coils,etc.,which is incl-uded in the national standard(GB/T 30841-2014),in order to help readers comprehend and carry out the new national standard.
