摘要
人才培养定位在教育活动中起着纲领性作用。笔者以地方高校进行应用技术型人才培养改革为契机,结合本校地理信息科学专业特征和学校师范性、地方性特点,从目标、类型、层次和规模4个方面进行人才培养定位研究,为地方高校学科人才培养定位提供了参考。
The orientation of talent development plays a guiding role in the education activities and was studied from four aspects （ target, type, level and size） of geographic information science based on the normal and regional characteristics of local colleges which used the opportunities from reform of application technology talent training in local colleges, and then can be a reference for local colleges in talent cultivation.
