摘要
为了提升TD-LTE网络分流效果,提高4G用户的用户感知,对影响网络分流的网络、市场、终端/用户三方面的具体问题进行挖掘。通过引入大数据分析技术,对运营商的海量用户数据、网络数据进行分析,建立数据挖掘模型。在网络方面,挖掘出现网中网络覆盖质量异常的4G网络小区;市场方面,识别出具有市场潜力的4G网络小区和用户;终端/用户方面,识别出4G锁网终端用户,并分别给出了有针对性的解决方案。此外还介绍了该模型应用于某直辖市现网后取得的良好分流提升效果。
In order to enhance the effect of TD-LTE network traffic shunt and improve the user perception of 4G users, three problems of network, market and terminal/user to affect the network shunt were expounded. The big data analysis technique is introduced to analyze the massive user data and the network data, build data mining model, in the light of network, the 4G network cell with abnormal network quality is found out in existing networks. In the market, the 4G network cell and user with the market potential are recognized. Considering the terminal/user, the 4G lock network terminal user is recognized and the corresponding solution is presented. In addition, the model is also applied to a municipality with satisfactory shunt effect.
