摘要
针对我校本科导师制存在的问题和我校对人才培养的要求,对导师制学生实施了"沙龙式"教学法,实施后学生的自主学习能力和动手能力均得到提高,学习上也取得了较好的成绩,说明该教学法的使用有利于大学生的综合素质的提高,这对本科导师制的人才培养具有一定的意义。
Concerning the problems in tutorial system and standard of talent training for our school, used salon method for undergraduates of tutorial system. After implementation, the autonomous learning ability and the innovation ability of undergraduates have been improved, achieved a lot in studies. The result shows that the use of salon method was beneficial to the improvement of comprehensive quality, it has implications for talent training of tutorial system.
