摘要
集装箱运输是铁路货运的重要组成部分,为缩短我国铁路集装箱作业流程、提高作业效率,在阐述我国铁路集装箱"门到门"运输发送作业流程的基础上,建立基于Petri网的铁路集装箱"门到门"运输发送作业流程优化模型,并针对实际作业流程中出现的整体工作时间缓慢、效率低下问题,根据业务流程优化理论,提出通过集装箱业务办理平台或移动终端提交电子订单、进行线上审核,将串行结构业务流程变为并行结构业务流程、优化作业组织与管理的措施,并通过算例分析验证模型的有效性。
Container transportation is an important part of railway freight transportation. In order to shorten railway container operation process and increase the operation efficiency in China, on the basis of discussing the delivery operation process of railway container ＂door-to-door＂ transportation in China, the optimization model of delivery operation process of the transportation based on stochastic Petri net was established. Targeting with problems existing in actual operation process, including slow overall working hour and low efficiency, according to optimization theory of business process, this paper puts forward relative measures, such as submitting electronic order through container business handling platform or mobile terminal, making on-line examination, changing the business process of serial structure into parallel structure and optimizing operation organization and management. The paper also validates the effectiveness of the model through example analysis.
