摘要
以我国危害最为严重的入侵植物——紫茎泽兰为研究对象,通过叶片打孔模拟虫咬和植株剪除模拟机械损伤,探究紫茎泽兰根系和叶片中保护酶(T-SOD和POD)活力及总黄酮、总酚酸含量的变化.结果表明:打孔和植株剪除显著增加了紫茎泽兰根部和叶片T-SOD和POD的酶活力;随叶片打孔数目的增加、剪株程度的加深,紫茎泽兰根部T-SOD和POD活力增加幅度减小,而叶片T-SOD和POD活力增加幅度增大.此外,打孔和剪株处理均降低了紫茎泽兰根部和叶片的黄酮及酚酸含量.在不同处理中,随叶片打孔的数目增加,剪株程度加深,根和叶的黄酮及叶的酚酸含量增加,而根的酚酸含量减少.此结果反映了虫咬和机械损伤作为环境胁迫对紫茎泽兰的抗氧化作用的影响,对提高紫茎泽兰防除效率和减少农林损失有一定意义.
With the most destructive exotic invasive species Eupatorium adenophorum,we studied the activity of protective enzymes(T-SOD and POD) and the contents of total flavonoids and phenolic acid compounds in its roots and leaves responding to leaves holing as insects bites and plants cutting as mechanical hurts. The results showed that the treatments of leaves holing and plants cutting increased the activity of protective enzymes T-SOD and POD in leaves and roots significantly. The activity of T-SOD and POD in roots decreased and which in leaves increased along with the increasing number of holing and increasing extend of plants cutting. At the same time,the contents of total flavones and the phenolic acid compounds in roots and leaves reduced by the leaves holing and plant cutting. In the different treatments,with the increase of leaves holing and plant cutting,the contents of total flavones in roots and leaves increased,and phenolic acid in leaves increased but those in roots decreased. The result revealed that leaves holing as a simulation of insects bites and plants cutting as a simulation of mechanical damage,as two environmental stresses,have impacts on the antioxidant system of Eupatorium adenophorum leaves and roots. This study has a certain implication on improving the control efficiency and reducing the loss of agriculture and forestry.
