摘要
目的:探讨桂林市社区高血压患者生活质量与护理需求的相关性。方法:采用患者一般资料调查问卷、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和患者社区护理需求调查问卷,以分层随机抽样法调查430例桂林市社区高血压患者,并对结果进行分析。结果:桂林市社区高血压患者的生活质量总分及各领域得分均低于国内常模;护理需求处于中等水平;生存质量与护理需求存在负相关。结论:社区护理人员应评估社区高血压患者的护理需求,提供以患者需求为导向的高血压社区护理服务项目,帮助患者提高生活质量。
Objective： To discuss the relationship between the quality of life in patients and the need of community care. Methods： Questionnaire of general personal materials of patients, WHQQOL-BREF and community nursing demand questionnaire were adopted to survey the 430 patients with hypertension by stratified random sampling, and the results were analyzed. Results： The total points of quality of life and the scoring in every fields in hypertension patients of Guilin were all lower than those of the domestic norm. There was an intermediate level for need of nursing, and a negative correlation between quality of life and need of nursing. Conclusion： Community nursing staff should make a proper evaluation of the nursing need for providing requirement-oriented nursing service items for hypertension patients so as to improve their quality of life.
