摘要
乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染严重威胁人类健康,慢性乙型肝炎患者数目众多,防控任务艰巨。近年来,各大肝病学会均对慢性乙肝的治愈提出了更高的目标。本文总结了近年来国内外对于慢性乙肝临床治愈的相关研究,结合我国慢性乙肝治疗的现状,提出了慢性乙肝临床治愈的新思路。
Hepatitis B virus infection is a serious threat to human health.As there is a large number of chronically HBV-infected subjects,the prevention and control task is arduous.Recently,the major liver disease societies have raised their higher goal for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.In this paper,we summarized the recent domestic and international studies on the clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B,and combined these studies with the status quo of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in China,put forward a new strategy to cure chronic hepatitis B.
