摘要
频谱分析是试验数据处理的重要方法之一。通过对铝合金点焊过程中电极振动信号的频谱分析,提取振动信号中的特征量,来判断点焊过程中熔核形成及飞溅发生。试验证明,利用振动信号的频谱分析能够有效地对铝合金点焊过程进行监控,是提高铝合金点焊质量的一种有效方法。
Frequency analysis is one of the most useful tools in data analysis.In this paper we analyze the vibration signals of the e lectrodes in the aluminum spot welding aided by the frequency analysis,and get some useful information,which can be used to inspect whether a nugget has com e into being or whether the splash has happened.The experiment has proved tha t frequency analysis of the vibration signals of electrodes is an useful and pe rspective method,which can be used to monitor the process of the aluminum spot welding so as to improve welding quality.
