试析混凝土溢流堰拼模施工技术

摘要 随着中国社会经济的发展,对水利工程的需求量在不断增加,溢流堰拼模施工技术是水利工程施工过程中主要的施工技术,其施工质量的好坏直接影响水利工程的质量。目前中国大多数水利工程使用的是混凝土溢流堰拼模施工技术。文章通过在水利工程中多年的工作经验和相关文献的参考,并结合甘肃省某水库,以模板、混凝土施工为基础,主要介绍了混凝土溢流堰在施工过程中,通过槽钢模板、堰面钢筋安装、模板轨道的样筋架设、混凝土浇筑、模板移除等方面的具体施工措施,同时提出混凝土溢流堰拼模施工过程中的具体质量控制措施。希望对混凝土溢流堰拼模施工技术的发展提供参考借鉴。 With the development of Chinese demanded on water conservancy projects, the social economy and constant increase in the quantity construction technology of overflow weir die has become the most important construction technology during the process of water conservancy project construction, and the construction quality directly affects the quality of water conservancy project. At present, most water conservancy projects use the die construction technology of concrete overflow weir in China. Through over-year working experiences and the references of related literature about the water conservancy projects, combined with a reservoir in Gansu Province, based on modulus and concrete construction, this paper introduced mainly the detailed quality construction measures carried out on the installation of steel channel template and weir face bars, template track reinforcement erection, concrete grouting and template removal during the construction of concrete overflow weir, simultaneously, provide detailed quality control measures for concrete overflow weir die construction. It is hoped supply references for the development of concrete overflow weir die construction technology.
