泡沫陶瓷增强钢基复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用实型铸造法制备了Al_2O_3泡沫陶瓷增强45#钢基复合材料。利用SEM观察复合材料的显微组织和冲击断口形貌,研究了复合材料的硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,复合材料界面结合较好,是典型的机械结合。复合材料的冲击韧性值低于钢基体,而硬度为钢基体的2~3倍;复合材料的相对耐磨性明显高于钢基体,在冲击功为0.5 J和1.0 J时,复合材料的相对耐磨性分别提高了1.41倍和2.33倍。 Alumina foam ceramics reinforced 45# steel matrix composites were fabricated by full mold casting method. The microstructures and impact fracture morphology were analyzed by SEM; the hardness and wear resistance of composites were studied. The results show that the interface cohesion is close, a typical mechanical cohesion between the alumina foam ceramic and the steel matrix. The impact toughness of composites is less than that of steel base; the hardness of composites is about two or three times than that of steel base; the relative wear resistance of the composite was obviously higher than that of the steel base. With the impact energy of 0,5 J and 1.0 J, the relative wear resistance of the composite increased by 1.41 times and 2.33 times, respectively.
