摘要
建立了异戊醇增敏ICP-MS法测定地球化学样品中痕量金的方法,并对测定条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:在最佳测定条件下,2%异戊醇可使Au的分析信号强度提高3倍以上,方法的检出限为0.045 ng/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4%。该方法经国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果的准确度与精密度良好。
A method for the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples by ICP- MS with isoamyl alcohol as a signal enhancer was proposed and the conditions of the measurement were optimized. The experimental results show that under optimum conditions,2 % isoamyl alcohol can enhance the Au analysis signal strength by over 3 times,the detection limit is 0. 045 ng / g,and the relative standard deviation is less than 4 %. The method has been applied to the determination of Au in geological reference materials with satisfactory results.
