摘要
根据某复杂难处理金精矿预处理对比试验结果,对其金回收率最高的加压氧化预处理工艺参数进行了系统研究。通过对其液固比、时间、反应温度和氧气分压等因素进行条件试验,得出最佳的酸浸预处理参数为矿浆液固比4∶1、酸浸时间2 h;加压氧化最佳参数为矿浆液固比4∶1、加压氧化时间4 h、反应温度200℃~220℃、氧气分压0.6~0.8 MPa。在最佳条件下,该难处理金精矿可获得97.15%的金回收率。加压氧化预处理工艺技术的研究对中国难处理金矿资源的综合利用具有积极的促进作用。
Systematic study on the parameters of the pressure oxidation pretreatment process with the highest gold recovery has been carried out according to the contrast tests on the pretreatment of some complex refractory gold concentrate. The condition test was conducted on the factors including liquid-solid ratio,time,reaction temperature and partial pressure of oxygen,and obtains the optimum parameters as follows: liquid-solid ratio pulp 4∶ 1,pressure oxidation time 4 h,reaction temperature 200 ℃ – 220 ℃ and partial pressure of oxygen 0. 6- 0. 8 MPa. Under the optimum conditions,a gold recovery of 97. 15 % can be obtained for the concentrate. The study on pressure oxidation pretreatment process can promote comprehensive utilization of China's refractory gold resources.
