摘要
结合华岩隧道施工实例,采用三维有限元计算模型模拟隧道穿越煤层采空区施工过程,对施工力学机理及超前大管棚支护作用下围岩的稳定性进行研究。研究结果表明:在隧道顶部存在采空区的条件下,围岩稳定性受到很大影响,其强影响区范围为3~56 m;在强影响区范围采用超前大管棚预支护措施可有效提高围岩稳定性。
Take Huayan Tunnel construction as example,this paper adopted 3D finite element model to simulate the construction process that went through coal seam goaf area,so to study the construction mechanical mechanism and the stability of surrounding rock under the action of large- scale pipe- roof support. Results show: under condition that goaf exist above tunnel,the stability of surrounding rock was greatly influenced and range of intense influence area is 3 ~ 56 m. Adopting large-scale pipe-roof support at intense influence area may effectively improve the stability of surrounding rock.
