膀胱冲洗液温度对老年经尿道前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛影响的Meta分析 被引量:8

Meta-analysis of effects of different bladder irrigation fluid temperature on elderly patients' bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate

摘要 [目的]观察膀胱冲洗液温度对老年经尿道前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛的影响.[方法]利用中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方科技期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和PubMed数据库检索不同温度的膀胱冲洗液对膀胱痉挛发生率和血凝块堵管影响的随机对照试验方面的文献.严格评价纳入文献质量并提取资料,对符合标准的纳入文献采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析.[结果]共纳入7篇随机对照试验文献.Meta分析结果显示,加温至34.0℃~37.0℃的膀胱冲洗液较室温24.0℃~27.0℃的膀胱冲洗液明显减少膀胱痉挛的发生(P〈0.001).[结论]加温至34.0℃~37.0℃的膀胱冲洗液较室温24.0℃~27.0℃的膀胱冲洗液更有利于减少膀胱痉挛的发生. OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of different bladder irrigation fluid temperature on elderly patients' bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate. METHODS Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Database, Chinese Science & Technology Journal Database and PubMed Database were searched to collect the literatures of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of the influence of different irrigation fluid temperatures on the incidence of bladder spasm and blood clots. The quality of RCTs was appraised and the data were extracted. RevMan 5.3 software was used to do Meta-analysis for the standard literatures of RCTs. RESULTS A total of seven literatures of RCTs was included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that bladder irrigation fluid heated to 34.0 ℃ - 37.0 ℃ was significantly decreased the incidence of bladder spasm as compared with it at 24.0 ℃ - 27.0 ℃ room temperature (P〈 0. 001). CONCLUSION Bladder irrigation fluid heated to 34.0 ℃ - 37.0 ℃ was more beneficial to reduce the incidence of bladder spasm than it at room temperature (24.0 ℃- 27.0 ℃ ).
