新型近β钛合金在人工唾液中表面粗糙度和反射率变化的研究

摘要 目的:研究新型钛合金在模拟口腔环境中的表面粗糙度和反射率的改变,为口腔内存在钛合金种植体或戴用钛合金义齿的病人给予临床指导。方法:制备好的钛合金试件随机分为8组。每组试件在处理前,以及处理后1mo、2mo时分别测量试件表面粗糙度和反射率,应用SPSS统计软件分析所得结果。结果:刷洗组试件相对不刷洗组试件表面粗糙度和反射率增大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);p H值和氟离子浓度两因素之间存在交互作用(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:钛合金试件的腐蚀程度主要与实验周期、是否刷洗,以及氟离子浓度和p H值的交互作用有关。 Objective: To Study the variation of the surface roughness and reflectivity of a new type of titanium alloy in simulated oral environment surface,and provide clinical guidance for patients who have received titanium implant therapy or worn denture. Methods: The prepared titanium chips were divided into eight groups randomly. Surface roughness and reflectivity of each specimen were examined before the treatment,on the 30 th day and on the 60 th day after the treatment. Results: The surface roughness and reflectivity of the brushing group had statistically significant compared with the non-brushing group( P〈0. 05). There was interaction between p H and fluoride ionic concentration( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: p H、fluoride ionic concentration、tooth brushing and experimental session all have an effect on the degree of corrosion of the titanium alloy specimen.
