摘要
我国血液流变学临床应用曾经迅猛发展,广泛普及,但也多有波折,早已处于目的不明,方向不清,近几年更是大幅降温。研究目的在于竭力研究血液高黏滞对健康的危害,揭示临床应用的正确目的,使血液流变学在人类保健事业中健康发展。依据前人的大量研究文献和临床应用经验与教训,结合笔者的研究成果、学习心得,进行深入研究,认真总结,科学归纳,而获得预期的创新见解。首次指出:血液高黏滞可并发微循环障碍、高血压、高剪应力和血瘀证四种危害;应该尝试把临床检测血液流变学指标的目的定格为诊断血液高黏滞,防治其并发的四种危害。
The Blood rheology in clinical application in China has been developed rapidly and has been widely used, however there ate still some twists and turns. It has been in a condition of unclear purpose and direction. Particularly in recent years, it has been decreased substantially. The paper endeavors to study the hazards that high blood viscous brings to health, to reveal the correct purpose of clinical application, and to ensure the healthy development of blood rheology in public health work. Based on a large number of former research literatures and the experience and lesson from clinical application, as well as the research achievements and study notes, the author obtained expected innovation ideas through intensive study, earnest summary and scientific conclusion. It has been pointed out firstly that high viscous blood will complicate simultaneously four hazards, namely microcirculation dysfunction, high blood pressure, high shear stress and blood stasis. It is suggested that the purpose to detect clinically the blood rheology indexes should be tried to change to diagnose high viscous blood so as to prevent and cure the four hazards.
