不同废弃油脂再生沥青的物理性能和结构研究 被引量:17

摘要 通过对AH-90沥青老化、再生前后的常规物理性能和红外光谱测试,对比分析废大豆油和废机油对沥青再生效果的差异性.结果表明,当废大豆油、废机油的掺量分别为6%,5%(按老化沥青的质量分数计)时,老化沥青的针入度、软化点、粘度基本恢复至原样沥青的水平;2种不同废油均可显著降低老化沥青中羰基、亚枫基的相对比例,实现老化沥青的再生,但废机油作用效果优于废大豆油.废油可以作为沥青的再生剂使用,但更多种类的废弃油脂对不同类型沥青的作用效果仍需进一步研究. The objective of this paper is to investigate the physical properties and chemical structure of rejuvenated asphalt with different types of oils.The experimental materials included one aged asphalt binder prepared by AH-90 virgin asphalts after laboratory aging and two waste oils(waste cooking oil and waste engine oil).The rejuvenated asphalt is evaluated using penetration,ductility,softening point and viscosity tests.The chemical structures of rejuvenated asphalt and waste oils are analyzed using Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIS).The experimental results indicate that the addition of waste oils has a tendency to recover its virgin level of aged asphalt.However,there is a difference between the waste soybean oil and waste engine oil,and the rejuvenation effect of waste engine oil is better than that of waste soybean oil.Moreover,the optimal dosages of waste soybean oil and waste engine oil for the aged bitumen are found to be 6% and 5%,respectively.
