摘要
试验通过研究不同代谢能和粗蛋白质水平日粮对育成期坝上长尾鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,确定饲粮中适宜的代谢能和粗蛋白质水平,为制定饲养标准提供理论依据。研究采用2因素3水平的试验设计,日粮代谢能水平分别为11.0、11.5 MJ/kg和12.0 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为14.00%、15.00%和16.00%。结果表明:日粮代谢能水平对生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05),粗蛋白质水平对生长性能的影响不显著(P>0.05),代谢能和粗蛋白质水平互作效应显著。日粮代谢能水平对血液中除尿酸和胆固醇含量之外的指标均有显著影响。日粮代谢能、粗蛋白质水平对血糖和胆固醇含量有显著影响,综合考虑生长性能和血液生化指标,建议坝上长尾鸡育成期日粮适宜代谢能水平为11.0~11.5 MJ/kg、粗蛋白质水平为14%~15%。
This experiment was to study the effect of different metabolic energy and crude protein lev- els diet on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes incubation during rearing period, and determine the appropriate metabolic energy and crude protein level,so that provide theoretical basis for the standard. Diet metabolic levels were 11.0 MJ/kg, 11.5 MJ/kg and 12.0 MJ/kg, crude protein lev- els were 14.00%, 15.00% and 16.00%. Results showed that the diet metabolic levels had a significant effect (P〈0.05) on growth performance, the effect of crude protein levels on growth performance was not significant (P〉0.05), and the level interaction between metabolic energy and crude protein effect was significant.Diet metabolizable energy and crude protein levels had a significant effect on the con- tents of blood sugar and cholesterol. Considering the growth performance and blood biochemical indica- tors,we recommend that the appropriate metabolic levels were 11.0 tol 1.5 MJ/kg and the crude pro- tein levels were 14% to 15%.
