摘要
随着医学模式的转变,越来越多的学者开始从姑息的角度为肿瘤患者实施照顾措施,包括身体、心理、社会、灵性四位一体的完整护理照顾。肿瘤姑息照护模式强调尊重生命,提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,使其平静走完人生最后的旅程。本文对肿瘤姑息照护的概况、方法与效果等进行综述,为开展进一步研究提供参考。
With the change of medical model, more and more researchers pay attention to palliative care, including the holistic care of physical, psychological, social and spiritual care. The palliative care model puts emphasis on respecting life, improving pateints＇ quality of life, and helping cancer patients pass through this special period more peacefully. This article summarized the research progress of general situation, methods and effects of palliative care among cancer patients to provide the references for further research.
