摘要
目的探讨“鸟巢”俯卧位联合非营养性吸吮方式缓解早产儿疼痛的效果，为早产儿疼痛管理提供简便、安全、可操作性强的干预方式。方法将80例早产儿分为干预组和对照组。干预组在浅静脉穿刺时予“鸟巢”式俯卧位支持，并给予非营养性吸吮；按早产儿疼痛量表（PIPP）进行评分；对照组在操作时取仰卧位按常规流程进行操作，不给予任何干预措施。结果干预组PIPP评分小于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组早产儿的心率低于对照组，而血氧饱和度高于对照组，啼哭持续时间则显著低于对照组的早产儿（P〈0．05）。结论“鸟巢”俯卧位联合非营养性吸吮能够有效缓解浅静脉留置穿刺导致的早产儿疼痛，具有一定的干预效果。
Objective Discussion on the ＂bird＇s nest＂ prone position combined with non nutritive sucking in preterm infants way to alleviate the effect of pain, for pain management in premature infants to provide a convenient, safe and feasible intervention. Methods 80 cases of premature infants were divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group received the ＂bird＇s nest＂ prone position in support of superficial vein puncture, and non nutritive sucking; according to the premature infant pain scale （ PIPP ） score; control group took supine position in operation according to the conventional process of operation, no intervention were given. Results The intervention group of neonatal pain scored lower than those in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） ; the intervention group of premature heart rate lower than the control group, and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than the control group, crying duration of premature infants was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions The ＂bird＇s nest＂ prone position combined with non nutritive sucking can effectively relieve venous indwelling puncture resulted in the premature infant pain, has certain intervention effect.
